My family, are very unique individuals who are always ready and prepared to bring out the best in others, even when it seems hard to do, we do it anyways. We are a family that have been great opportunities in life and we have done some amazing things, and we are grateful for that. Family is a treasure of resources and growth so that we can prepare for the future so our lights can shine and reach not only others but ourselves. I’m thankful for my family, who has taught me many great things and has also given me the love to be happy no matter what.

Q: Please tell us about your current, past, or future career. What do you love most about what you do?
My future career, is all about creating and building generational opportunity and community for in the future to come. I mean why not? they will be so many new comers in the next generation

Q: What are a couple of your favorite restaurants in our community?
To be honest, I’m still pretty new to the area, so I do my best with the time I have driving, and or touring the Mandeville. I’m open to any restaurants suggestions also. I’m a huge fan of Urteas, which is where you can find me on a regular bases, chillin, laughing and or telling stories. You all should check them out if you haven’t already, its a great place with amazing people. Overall I’m open to an adventure filled with food and fun.

Q: How long have you lived or worked in our community?
I live in Slidell so the drive is great and this year, I made a year lol. I’m very excited to see what’s next and new in the area, as you guys will have for a few more years or so.

Q: Who is the most interesting person you’ve met here in our community?
Everyone, literally… Everyone. See everyday I see happy people, sad people, angry people, and or people who are interested at how much I smile lol. Majority of the time I get stared at with oddness and or weirdness for smiling and I find that interesting because I’m only being myself lol. It keeps me smiling and waving no matter what because why not.

Q: What is one of your favorite movies? TV shows?
I’m not really someone with favorites, I mostly just feel what I want to watch, whether its anime, horror, comedies etc. I’m always in a chill mood when watching movies and or tv shows lol.

Q: What advice would you give to people?
To always be honest with yourself and love yourself as a human being should. Life is difficult at times, scary most of the time, and brings the best out of you hopefully all of the time. You have one life to be the best for yourself first and others all the time. So never give up, never look down, and always smile, even when it hurts or doesn’t make sense too, just Keep Moving.

Q: What current or former local business makes you the most nostalgic about our community?
Lanier Music store, gives me nostalgia everytime I make a visit, to pick up some drumsticks before i head back home. I enjoy when you walk in and you see instruments everywhere. Oh and the smell brings back childhood memories, of my drum practice days. If you ever are in need of guitar picks, instruments, and or lessons, stop by Lanier Music store.

Q: If you could choose anyone that is alive today and not a relative; with whom would you love to have lunch? Why? And where locally would y’all meet for this lunch?
Mel brooks, ever since my mom showed me “History of The World” I always told myself that I will one day meet Mr.Mel Brooks over lunch to make part 2 of the film and laugh like crazy, and make a movie. Mel brooks is an amazing writer and actor.

Q: What is your favorite thing or something unique about our community?
You all are unique human beings that find the courage, confidence, and outlook to making the community a home for many. No ones perfect, you have people that are kind, angry, happy, simply calm and or don’t want to be bothered type people lol but it makes the world go round and teaches others to be the light in the world no matter how hard it maybe, if I can do it… So can you.

Q: Where do you see yourself in 5 to 10 years?
To be honest, I want to be the best person that I can be, for as long as I live. Do everything and anything I set my heart to do, no matter what anyone says, if people think I’m crazy and or weird, the goal is knowing that I did something others would say are impossible, or it just doesn’t makes sense to do. I will be able to say, when look back at my life when its over and say, I did the impossible or insane… Go in peace.

Q: (Even for friends or family), what is something interesting that most people don’t know about you?
I’m a individual that sees the world beyond myself and I do my best to not see or think one way/perspectives in this life because, you can truly miss out on great people, friends, life opportunities and growth as a person. So its important to be opened minded and remain teachable

Q: What would you rate a 10 out of 10?
Growing older and remaining teachable as I do age, because I’m only getting older and I only have one life to do it.

Q: Who inspires you to be better?
You know this is a tricky question but to be honest, everyone that I know wants me to better and to give my best. to really answer the question, it would be my future self. I have yet to see my future self but I know that I will be better than yesterday’s self even if I have to repeat a few things in order to get it right or rethink my patterns and re-roll the dice of life. My future self challenges me everyday to be a better person, human and co creator of my life.
