Born in Honduras, I moved to Mandeville when I was 9 years old. Over the 44 years I’ve lived here, I graduated from Mandeville high and attended college at Southeastern University. My sister, Egla, and I began in the restaurant business in 1984 but together opened up George’s Mexican Restaurant in the year 2000. Over the last 23 years, our customers turned into friends and family and we have received so much love and support from the community.
